    15% off all skin care products and 15% off any treatments like DMK, Microchanneling, and chemical peels.

    COMPLEXIONS MEMBERSHIP TIER 2: $200/mo

    This membership includes a FREE basic DMK treatment, level 1 chemical peel, hydrodermabrasion, nano infusion therapy, oxygen therapy, dermaplane and add ons like LED light therapy, high frequency, hydrojelly mask and lymphatic drainage massage.

    15% off all skin care products and 15% off any advanced treatments like level 2 or 3 DMK treatments, Microchanneling, and chemical peels.

    Monthly Brazilian: 12 Brazilians for $600 ($50/mo) normally a $75/mo value

    Monthly leg wax 12 leg waxes for $816 ($68/mo) normally a $80/mo value

    Monthly arm wax 12 arm waxes for $612 ($51/ mo) normally a $60/mo value

    Monthly brow wax 12 brow waxes for $240 ($20/mo) normally a $25/mo value

    Any add ons like any facial waxing, under arms, booty wax, belly wax, back wax, chest wax or bikini wax will be 15% off regular price and after care waxing products will be 15% off as well!

MEMBERSHIP FORM

DETAILS

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of every month. If you wish to cancel your membership please contact ashleyhernandez8853@gmail.com before the next cycle begins. Please note, that once you cancel a membership, the earliest you will be able to rejoin is after 6 months. If you decide to cancel before your third month, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $89. Any treatment not used will roll over to the following month, if treatment is not used within that rollover month (1 month after) the treatment will be forfeited. Monthly services may be gifted- only twice a year. If you no-show or do not cancel within 24 hours, your monthly service cannot be redeemed and will be forfeited. A $10 fee will be charged each time payment is not collected on time or uncollectible for any reason.
