I felt frustrated and decided to take matters into my own hands. I learned to become more intuitive with my skin and taught myself to formulate skin care specific to MY needs and within a month my skin cleared up.
I felt very proud of what I had accomplished all without any schooling and decided to take the leap and go to school, get my license and help others with acne and other skin concerns!

MY FAVORITE SKIN CARE TIPS
SKINCARE ADVICE AND HOW-TO- GUIDE:
STEP 1: Starting off with repairing your skin barrier. If the skin is dry or dehydrated or both you canβt expect to treat your acne, pigmentation or anti aging concerns. This is a step my step progress and your skin must be hydrated in order to receive help from exfoliating or collagen inducing products/treatments.
STEP 2: If you have acne prone skin, now that your hydration levels are good, we can how help with eliminating your acne and helping your skin produce a healthy quality of natural oils in order for your pores to not get clogged so easily. Scheduling treatments any where from 2 weeks to 4 weeks is recommended.
STEP 3: Time to brighten and fade away any left over pigmentation! This is where we can step it up a notch with treatments & products.
STEP 4: Maintain!! Store up on your skin care products as needed and schedule maintenance facials every 4-6 weeks.
INTERNAL REMEDIES:
Fuel your body with anti-inflammatory foods & herbs! A few tips I like to help guide my clients to have a healthier gut is:
Start off your day with warm water & lemon NEVER start your day off with coffee as this is dehydrating. Water + lemon help cleanse your gut & gives it a clean slate for the day.
Eat fruits & veggies for breakfast. Our bodies are like sponges. Every morning itβs like a new clean sponge and absorbs the most nutrients in the morning which is why we should start off our day with things that are high in nutrients.
You should make sure your plate has a grain, a green & a protein for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Drink lukewarm water throughout the day, cold water slows down the digestive system.
Bonus: drink green or black organic tea with your lunch and dinner to further help with digestion.
